...............is happening in my dining room!!!
Worse than that i went out for an hour and left them with the kids last night - and she peed a huge puddle in the dining room - and she had peed in the garden before i left!!!

She doesnt poo overnight if she is with me - and usually poo's in the garden in the evening - so why is it some mornings i get greeted with a waggy tail and a pile of poo!!!!! :003:

Don't know about the poo but is she drinking more? Kali piddled on Caroline (no I didn't train her) and I was stunned as she normally doesn't do that at all. She then had a few more accidents. The vet tried to tell me she was diabetic but I had changed her food and she was drinking more and not able to hold it. Could it be to do with the food as apposed to behavioural or medical?

Meant to say that once they get the smell they are likely to go back to the same place to wee/poo. As far as I know, the best thing isn't any of those sprays but washing the carpet/lino/tiles in simple biological washing powder that stops them.

I had a few 'accidents' with Kooki a few weeks back and it turned out she had a urine infection, quick course of AntiB's and she was back to normal in no time, I would suggest getting the Vet to check her over if you can think of no other reason for her to be doing this. Poor Kooki was waking up and not evening getting out of the living room before she was wee'ing but seemed to have no other symptoms only that she was a bit clingier than usual

Just get a sample and pop it into the vets for testing.....although it doesn't explain the pooping too.

Any changes to her diet or routine lately? And is it definately her or could it be both of them?

She does drink a lot - and i am gonna change her food as i am giving her twice the amount Robbie gets cos she is a bit lean and runs it off - so maybe its too much for her stomach!

All quiet on the Western front!

Just a thought on the food front but is it kibble you are feeding? When I changed Kali onto Barking Heads, I had to think of ways to reduce the water intake. So....I either reduce the amount of kibble and add a wet food like Lily's Kitchen or Nature Diet or I soak the kibble so it doesn't dry her out. I would still pop a sample of her wee into the vets though, just to make sure it isn't an infection as Lisa suggested x

No more peeing in the house - so dont think we have a problem there - I took on board the kibble theory - and have reduced her food a bit - she was getting double the amount Robbie gets and they are only 2kg difference in weight - but she tends to be on the skinny side and a bit ribby (bitch!). Maybe its just too much for her. I am trying to remember and dont think she pooped overnight when she was on a mix of wet and dry - so that may have to be my next move.
So far this week she has pooped overnight every 2nd night and her walk times are exactly the same every day - shes a mystery!
