What left over meals do you make???

Well tonight the cupboards are bare - roll on Asda delivery tomorrow

So I managed to fry up left over gammon, sprouts, potatoes and onions - mmmm it was a bit dry but it filled a hole

what left over sort of meals do you make ???

Well I can't talk for MM but on our behalf I would say no it's us that need to learn where the cut off switch is before we are stuffed up to our necks lol

We often create new meals with leftover food. Our roasted ratatoullie usually turns into some sort of pasta dish by adding chopped tinned tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Any roast lamb either turns into shepherds pie or rissoles. Veggies get blitzed into a soup. Chicken carcas and bendy raw veg are made into a stock...gawd there's loads of stuff we do but I can't think of anything more atm - we sort of improvise on the day. I say "we"...Chef usually suggests things and I usually just agree with his ideas 'cause they sound so yummy!
