:11: I want another dog :11: now, i know that it's not sensible, and it's awful timing but i wannnnnnnt one. :(
What makes it worse is that my brothers friend has an unwanted cocker, she's black and tan and called Jess! How perfect would that be with Jarvis? :13:
Must not get more dogs.... must not get more dogs.... :11: :11: :11:

Jarvis & Jess :13:
Sorry I'm not much help. I've thought about getting a 2nd one - infact I fell in love with Holly who is now Molly owned by Carolines mum - I told her about Holly after OH said no. Then sometimes he still mentions about getting a 2nd one (as he knows Holly has been rehomed probably).
I've actually got it out of my system - at least for now - after weighing up the pros & cons.
I hope you can decide what is best for you. Would another be that bad?

I'm not much help either, I want another one too! We decided that we want to adopt a cav and even went as far as phoning the breed rescue, unfortunately they didn't have any in our neck of the woods. Only a little girl in Durham and they wouldn't of been able to get her to us
I can't have a puppy tho, cos Thomas hates them, well he doesn't hate them, he just growls at any dog that attempts to jump on him (quite understandable). But as that is mainly pups, he now just turns his back on them if he sees any while we're out :060: I think if he was a human he would be Victor Meldrew :11:

Oh go on you know you want to...it would go perfectly with the colour scheme!
I had an email from the Brittany rescue and if i didn't have Tilly and Alfie coming I would be over there like a shot to pick him up.

Tbh, i don't think it would make a huge amount more work... just one more to walk, feed, groom and poo pick! It's just the initial settling that'd be tricky. I know she has guarding issues and although Jarvis does too i'm used to his triggers and i know his limits iykwim, so i can just remove it/him and tell him to stop being a silly sod.

Awwwwwwwwwwww get a cav! They are such adorable dogs. :13: Bless Thomas, 'tis a shame he doesn't have the grumpy eyebrows like Jarvis, they'd suit him down to the ground. :045:

I always want more dogs, I want at least 2 more workers and a field spaniel but realistically it's gonna be a long time before I can add number 4 let alone numbers 5 and 6!

I definately want at least 1 more dog (which may happen soon) someone told me that going from 1 to 2 is the biggest jumo and after that they just slot in iykwim

Well the dogs previous owner came to the funeral today, so i had a chat with her. Basically Jess belonged to her but when she had her baby and moved she wasn't allowed to take her to her new rented house, so she'd been staying with her mum, but it turns out her mum is now moving too so can't take her anyway... Soooo..... guess who's coming to live with meeeeee      I am soooo excited, need to phone the owner and have a chat and discuss when i can get her but yayyyyy!

:061: I may not be getting her after all. The old owners mum may be moving to a ground floor flat so may keep her. :060: :(
