We are of to meet Prince Charles

Katherine receives her Queen scout award at Windsor Castle on Sunday :038:
We drive down on Saturday and then spend all day Sunday in the Castle it is closed to the public which is lovely.
Kneale got his a few years ago and we had a lovely day so I am really looking forward to it.
Prince Charles and Bear Grylles will be there this year to give the awards it really is a special day.
I will post some Photos when I get back (now that I know how to do it lol)

yup we had a great day it rained in the morning we were devastated because everything is outdoors, never mind by 12 the sun was out and we just had a great afternoon.
The Castle is closed for the Afternoon to the public and the whole of Windsor is filled with Scouts and their families from all over the country.
Prince Charles was lovely and Spent all afternoon with the Kids (Didnt ask me if I wanted a biscuit though)
It is the end of Katherines childhood and I must admit I was a bit weepy, she has worked very hard for this award it is harder than the Gold duke of Edinburgh which she has completed this year as well.
I am a very proud mum as both my children have completed these awards and have gained so much from them
