Wonder if anyone can help. Been told this morning about a friend who passed away a few years ago. He was last known to have lived in England but born in Scotland, I went thro school with him. Cant find any details of what happened to him and his mother isnt A**ed apparently. I find it totally sad to be honest. I know he was living in Torquay Devon, he would have been born 1966. How do you go about finding out what happened to someone if you havent got any last known address or telephone number? Cant find anything at all.................can someone help or put me in the right direction in finding out what happened to my friend? Thanks in advance Helen

Hi Helen,
You could try the electoral register,Births,Deaths and Marriages, you can do it online, if you have his full name and DOB or try the local newspapers for Torquay, they might have orbituaries. Sorry to hear about your friend x

Thats quite a tough one. Wonder if there is a global register for things like that?

There must be somewhere. Hall of records online or something.
