why did no one tell me

that when I had my cast of I* was going to feel faint and sick?
i feel bloomin awful, and I still can't do hardly anything with this arm.

Awww no hun, it will get better. I remember feeling a bit faint when I've had casts off before. Your arm will be a bit weak from not having been used for a few weeks but it doesn't take long to get full function back again :10: :10: :10: :10:
