Fathers(or mothers for that matter) that fail to pay maintenence :07: .
This is how they do it in California.

No definately not.
There may in some rare cases , be genuine reasons why they don't/can't pay. Besides , it's no one elses business. The only people that will benefit are the nosey so and so's that live in this world

Definately not. It's personal. My ex husband took years to pay any maintenance and then it was an insulting £20 for 3 kids. I wouldn't have wanted to 'shame' him no matter what else I would like to have done to him. Besides, the kids don't need it either.
