Hi everybody, my name is Fiona and I was recommended to come and chat on here, so I am looking forward to getting to know you all.

I am happily married with 2 grown up kids. One lives away from home and the other is about to fly the nest :051:

I haven't got any pets at the moment :( although my daughter has a hamster called Freddy. We are going to a breeders tomorrow to look at some Cocker Spaniel pups so I'm really excited.:D

I'm in Lincolnshire - very flat and boring! We've been here for 4 years now but would love to live somewhere more exciting for walking. Maybe one day! :)

Hi Fiona - hope you enjoy it here, and cant wait to see pics of the new arrival. So how come you living in Lincs- get the impression you move around a lot!! But at least nice and flat for dog walking- beats trekking up blooming hills any day.

PS My cocker is called Fred (Freddie)

Hi sorry I've not been back and wow what a load of catching up I've got.

So how come you living in Lincs- get the impression you move around a lot!! But at least nice and flat for dog walking- beats trekking up blooming hills any day.

Yes we do move around a bit as OH is in the RAF so we don't intend settling down here. "Flat" is the word for here! Give me some hills any day!

So to my news. I went to visit the breeder today. We are thinking about rehoming an older puppy (11 mths old), although there is a chance that we might get a younger puppy if she decides to keep the older one. Confusing eh? ??? We will know more in a couple of weeks time so fingers crossed. Can't wait though, counting down the sleeps ....lol.
