Out in the park fo our afternoon training session yesterday a sprollie came up tried to play then came and bit Loki :09: Poor Loki was terrified and let out a horrible scream. The dogs owner was very apologetic and immeadiately put her dog on its lead. She waited to see if Loki was physically ok and offered to pay any vets bills but he seemed fine but is still very frightened and isnt his usual self. Fingers crossed he gets back to his normal self soon. he wont let me check him properly but it seems there isnt any actual puncture wounds, probably just bruised. poor baby he got a special dinner last night. Its so hard trying not to make a fuss when he hid behind my legs when he met any strangers on our walks today :13:

Oh sweetie ickle doooog,
you have all my sympathies, Lils jumped out tof the car recently and ran to my neighbours 2 (very big and over weight boxers) and 1 took a chunk out of the corner of her nose and she ran to me like she had 2 secs left to live howling like a banshee.
Then when she hid behind my legs the fraud started growling like a rottie....since then she barks at everything that frustrates her.
I hope he gets back to normal really soon.
load of good stuff from me and lils

I have been at work all day but my mum said he was fine when she left him and Karl said he was ok just a bit more cuddly than normal :13:

Aww that is to be expected I guess. Just needing his Mum :13: As I said on the 'other side', unusual for someone to actually apologise in these situations. Probably what I would have done if I had been her :11: Pass on a gentle (and not at all frightening) cuddle to Loki from me and Kali. Although Kali's cuddles can be rough

I am gonna try and meet up with som eof his doggy friends (including Tyson a 3 month old bischon frise pup  ) and see how he reacts to them. even our local lollipop lady (who has pockets full of dog biscuits) had a job getting him over for a cuddle :(

Better than he was but still not back to his normal self. he was very wary of any dogs that were off lead but fine with those on lead  He is back to his usual cheeky self otherwise (got a new sofa delivered and he had great fun pulling the cushions off as soon as I could put them on

Awww. I am sure he will be fine. It must take time after a scare like that, just the same as for humans! Know what you mean about the sofa. We just got one delivered and Kali has taken to digging on it. Not so good for the leather :11:
