Just thought id share a customer complaint with you :D I work in a supermarket Homeless guy comes to the customer service desk asks to speak to a manager im duty on that day duly trudges my way down to the desk and heres his complaint
He says I want to make a complaint
I say: Yes and whats it concerning
He says: The noise in the car park at night
I say: Yes sir we are a 24hr store
He says: But its keeping me awake
I say: Keeping you awake?
He says: Yes im trying to sleep in your carpark
I say: Oh im sorry about that but like I said we are a 24hr store
He says: yes i know but then its the kids as well
I say: the kids sir
He says: yes the kids around here keep pinching my sleeping bag and I want to know what you are going to do about it
I say: Im sorry about that but theres nothing really I can do
He says: Well i want something done or I wont shop here anymore
I say: but you are banned from shopping here sir as you ve been caught shoplifting
He says: ye well i wont shop here after my ban is up
And off he goes on his merry little way :D
