I've just been watching Sky News and they were interviewing Elton John's OH. His name came on the screen and the bit underneath said FILM DIRECTOR :09: not hanger on or toy boy or anything like that, no.....film director! So, when did he become a piggin film director then? Was it his camcorder home video effort?

Yeah, he directed those timeless classics "Ass you like it" and "Bum with the wind".

Ah, yes.....I remember now, Simon. Didn't he direct The Queen and Groundhog Gay as well? Can anyone remember any more of his work?

i am sure the only thing he has directed was the thing about Elton, Tears (tantrums) and Tiaras.

And that didn't look like it had been directed at all.....

Yup, that's what i was meaning with my camcorder ref - couldn't remember the name of it! You're right, didn't look directed at all.
