Lilly has recently been promoted to sleeping on the landing (it is really so that I can have a cuddle last thing at night and first thing in a morning) and gets on the bed with me and Luke for a snuggle when he gets up.
When I have just gone to make the bed and I have noticed 2 penny sized bright red marks....I think unfortunately there is nothing else in can be but the fact that she has come into season.
her "peach" looks a bit swollen an i have noticed recently that she has been peeing a lot more (even a couple of accidents over night) than usual.
As obedient as she is i am concerned that if i take her somewhere deserted to exercise her the urge for a quicky might be too much for her and she will abscond.
I just wondered what I am supposed to do with a 7 month old wocker if i can't take her out, any sugesstions to good games we could play?

You'll be okay carefully walking her onlead, but i don't envy you!

Can she do find-it games in the garden? It's probably also a good time to focus on any training that needs doing. Or tricks you'd like to teach. :D

With Jarvis if he's still too bouncy after a walk, he becomes a postman for a while. He gets given a teatowel or something and told to take it to daddy/granny/mummy (which he does reallllllly well :12: ) we can keep him bouncing up and down the stairs delivering things for ages. The only problem is you'd need to have someone to deliver the stuff to.

Kongs and boxes full of treats/paper/cardboard are always good.

Other than that, wait for it to be over! :11:

omg alpha lilly is all growed up now  you will need to be extra careful but there are only a few days when she would likely take flight. i would really be very careful from day 10 to say 17/18 this is when she will be very flirty. ellie was a real tart at that stage even shoving her bum into poor paddy's face.
a long line lead would be ideal tho i just kept to normal lead walks but then we have had a lot of lonesome loose dogs round here this year. ellie was due in august but still no sign. i think she's waiting especially for when the weather is gonn be very wet. just to make life doubly difficult
