One cat with petplan, one dog with M&S and the other 2 cats and 2 dogs with Healty Pets :029:
Would have had them all on healty pets, but had to leave them on exsisting ones due to old claims.

My 3 are insured with the halifax. we have the extra plan and pay around 30 quid a month for the 3 of them. Had no probs claiming. I think it depends where you live as some peeps have had really high quotes.

M&S. I pay about £34 for the two of them. I did think they were expensive but they include many extra things that other policies don't. I didn't think was it worth it but then Kali got her pancreatitis and the policy covered the special food which cost an arm and a leg! So, working on that theory, if she needed one thing that I never thought she would, then chances are they may need another at some point :074:

I hadn't considered M&S before, was just going to go for petplan, but will look into M&S now.

none. I don't have insurance, my lot have had the odd injury but are healthy otherwise , if They were unfortunate enough to need v expensive treatment Id have to take out a bank loan I expect.

I was of that mind until I considered the fact that they might end up causing damage to others property etc, and that can be just as expensive to pay for as vet treatment. People these days (especially with the financial downturn) are far more likely to try and sue for as much money as they can get their hands on. One small accident and you could end up with a huge bill.

You probably can, but they would exclude any existing conditions......

I'm with More Than for that reason. Could find no one to insure my old, falling to bits rescue dog - and they did - for a pricely sum though - but it's been worth it.
They were great when my other dog had a very rare condition and ended up costing over 5k+...so can't complain really.
