Undergoing some changes!

As you can see, im currently using the default skin for the forums. When I get home tonight, i'll be skinning the forums so that they look funky (or at least putting up the new VC logo!)

I've split the READINGs forums into two sections. One for requests and one for complete.

Just thought it'd be easier to see whats done already! :D
