She was gorgeous. you must really miss her, it's horrible when we lose them. I can understand people saying a losing a dog effects them badly cos they never let you down do they. Just give unconditional love and don't ask for much.

We lost a very special lady a wee while back and we're still not over the loss.....some dogs can never be replaced. I agree, the loss of a dog can hit harder than the loss of a human and last longer.

stumpy i am soo glad you said that. i always feel guilty for feeling her loss so much more than others. she was like my child. she was neurotic and agoraphobic so she needed extra special care and attention.

Ours used to wear a red and white bandana and I still carry it with me wherever I go. I remember flying home from the USA last year and a few hours into the flight I looked out over the clouds, thought of her and cried.....I didn't give a hoot what anyone thought, she was our baby and I missed her especially at that very moment, so I took out her bandana and fell asleep holding it. Miss her so very much but we have great memories :04: :12: :12: :04:
