Fish & Chips yes, Fish & Chips & Gravy acceptable, but Fish, Chips, Gravy & Mushy Peas.....must take a while to get used to them things :roll:

its a dish uniqu to Wigan.
its a steak and kidney pudding (the babies head) and the juice from the mushy peas (peawet).
it sounds gross but its really moreish
