How many naps if any in the day?

If he has two then try and reduce it to one - if one try and get it earlier in the day etc

naps? what are they? :045: he does nap, but only whilst i walk Jarvis, and he is awake for the first bit too so only sleeps for maybe 20 minutes. The problem yesterday was that he fell asleep at 7, so i thought YAY early night, but the little bugger woke up after an hour feeling refreshed. :058: He has nursery for a few hours today so he won't sleep then and then i'll just make sure he is awake 'til 8 and then he *should* crash out... i hope! ^^
